I scaled the company's SaaS platform, transforming contractor management with cutting-edge fintech solutions. Key achievements include:

• Growing ARR from $100K to $25MM through product-led growth, customer-centric design, and streamlined onboarding, reducing the onboarding-to-payment cycle from 3 days to 4 hours.

• Launching four successful 0-1s, including AI-powered compliance tools, subcontractor prequalification, embedded financing, and construction-first payment rails, enhancing cash flow for subcontractors and reducing project risk.

• Improving customer retention from 89% to 95% and increasing MAUs 5X through data-driven product iterations and optimized user experiences.
